What to Expect on Your First Visit
Please plan on arriving at 80 Park Avenue Dental 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, which will give you the chance to fill out your general information and medical history forms. If you would like to complete your paperwork before you visit with our dentists, please visit our Patient Forms page. Please plan for about one hour for your visit.
During your visit at 80 Park Avenue Dental, our team will perform a thorough dental cleaning, take any necessary X-rays, and conduct an oral cancer screening, along with a routine exam from Dr. Barry Sporer or Dr. Bradley J Cutler. If additional treatment is needed, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan and help schedule your next appointment.
